Services are billed at $100 per hour which is due at the time of service as insurance is not an accepted form of payment. Clients can obtain a receipt for services rendered that can be personally submitted by clients for insurance reimbursement.
In-person appointments will be located in a private room located at Good Hope Church (55 Armory Rd., Cloquet, MN). Alison offers out of office appointments for those who prefer to be active walking or hiking in nature.
